Research On Procurement Management Of A Company Based On CPFR

In the current competitive market environment,how to effectively reduce the cost of the supply chain management and improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain is becoming more and more important.Purchasing management is also an important part of supply chain management.The traditional purchasing management focused on the purchase prediction and management of the enterprise,and the supply chain procurement management based on information sharing emphasizes the participation and cooperation of all the members of the supply chain,which will significantly reduce the total supply chain procurement cost and achieve a win-win situation in the joint venture.Firstly,the article briefly introduced procurement and procurement management based on supply chain,and pointed out that this kind of procurement method can optimize the existed procurement management mode and improve the procurement efficiency and economic benefits of the enterprise.At the same time,it pointed out some problems existed in enterprise management and procurement,which leaded to the management mode of CPFR,and pointed out that the applying of CPFR can solve some problems in the enterprise.Secondly,the article introduced the basic theory of CPFR and its advantages in procurement management.Combined with the actual application of the enterprise,it was predicted that CPFR can bring great benefits to the procurement of enterprises.Therefore,based on this procurement plan,the company's adoption of CPFR procurement process and procurement strategy was forecasted.After the establishment of the procurement mode of CPFR,the steps to focus on the implementation of CPFR were described and analyzed.That were,information sharing strategy,computer information technology support strategy,supplier management strategy and procurement process monitoring strategy.Thirdly,in order to enable enterprises to evaluate the effect of implementing CPFR,combined with the evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,the economic effect of the A company after CPFR was evaluated and analyzed,and the analysis of expert weight indicator was used to further analysis.It confirmed the positive effect of CPFR on enterprise procurement management,and established an evaluation model for the company's CPFR effect.Finally,on the basis of the A company's management implementation,CPFR's supply chain procurement management strategy was adopted according to the actual application case,and relevant research prediction and data analysis were carried out.The combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method was innovative,and the implementation effect was quantified.The evaluation showed that the procurement management method based on CPFR has a potential improvement effect on the company's procurement management.
