Inflatable tires are tires that do not require inflation and are safe,green,environmentally friendly and reliable.In this paper,through the innovation of the structure of the airless tire,a kind of bird structure non-pneumatic tire is designed,and this is the research object,which is analyzed and calculated.By summarizing the existing airless tires,it is possible to classify the airless tires into spoke type,porous type and mechanical type,and propose an innovative design method for the airless tires,and design an innovative structure for each type of airless tires.And a variety of styles non-pneumatic tires are designed.Through the analysis of the bird's nest structure non-pneumatic tire material model,a free-edge diamond-shaped porous structural material model and a closed-type diamond-shaped porous structural material model are proposed.For the free-edge rhombic porous structure,the formula for calculating the elastic modulus is derived,and the correctness of the formula is verified by the finite element method.For the closed rhombic porous structure,the finite element method is used to fit the elastic modulus calculation formula of the structure,and the correctness is verified.For the two kinds of material analysis models of free-side rhombic porous structure and closed-type porous structure,the stratified calculation method of the elastic modulus of the airless tire was proposed,and the elastic modulus and sinking amount of the two structural non-pneumatic tire material analysis models were calculated.The theoretical calculations of the free-edge diamond and the closed diamond-shaped porous structural material model can be obtained.The calculation result of the former sinking amount is abnormally large,and this material analysis model is not preferable.By finite element analysis verified,the latter material model can calculate sinking amount of non-pneumatic tires approximately.The finite element method was used to analyze the grounding pressure distribution of the nest non-pneumatic tires.When the same sinking amount was used,the grounding pressures of the three types of non-pneumatic tires of arrays 20,30 and 40 were compared and analyzed.As the result.tires of array 40 grounding stability is superior to the other two types of non-pneumatic tires.Through the study of the grounding pressure distribution of three kinds of non-pneumatic tires,the design method of the transition of the side edges of the non-pneumatic tires is proposed,and the grounding performance of nest structure non-pneumatic tires is optimized.
