In recent years,with the introduction of the “Belt and Road” and the “Maritime Silk Road”,the position of profiles in engineering applications and industry has become more and more important,which has made the quality and performance of profiles pay more attention and stricter requirements.An important indicator that must be inspected when the profile is applied to engineering and industry is the straightness of the profile,requiring a straightness of less than 0.2%.In this paper,based on the in-depth study of the curvature theory of small curvature plane,the straightening straightening theory,the unified curvature theorem of reciprocating bending and the multi-point flexible forming technology,a new multi-point flexible reciprocating bending straightening method is proposed.The multi-point flexible bending mold is used to form the adjustable radius of the envelope surface,and the profile is flexibly reciprocated and bent to produce plastic deformation.After unloading and rebounding,the longitudinal curvature of the profile is unified,and then the profile is made by using a multipoint flexible mold.One reverse corner straightening.Not only the straightness of the profile is less than 0.2%,but also the residual curvature of each section of the profile is uniform.Therefore,according to the new process method proposed in this paper,the profile is straightened,and the straightening result meets the requirements of industrial standards,which can effectively improve the quality of the profile after straightening.Firstly,a multi-point flexible reciprocating bending straightening process model was established for the Al6063 H section profile and the 304 and 20 gauge steel section profiles by ABAQUS.The relationship between the radius of curvature and the number of bends after each bending and unloading of different bending radii of different profiles is explored.It is found that the profile can gradually submerge the difference of initial shape after repeated reciprocating bending.To make the curvature of the profile uniform.On this basis,the profile is straightened and straightened,so that the straightness of the profile finally meets the requirements for use.The uniform curvature of the profile and the equivalent stress after straightening are analyzed.The equivalent stress of each joint tends to be uniform,the residual stress tends to zero,and the mechanical properties of the material are improved.The feasibility and advantages of the new multi-point flexible reciprocating bending straightening process are verified by analysis of multiple steps.Finally,the new parameters of the flexible multi-point flexible reciprocating bending straightening process were simulated by simulation parameters.The experimental results show that the straightening profile results are consistent with the theoretical analysis and simulation results under the combined effect of various parameters.Then the error analysis of the experimental results.The experimental and experimental results strongly verify the feasibility and advancement of the new multi-point flexible reciprocating bending straightening process.
