In recent years,smog and acid rain have occurred frequently,and coal-fired pollution has become increasingly serious.It is extremely urgent to realize the clean use of coal.Coal gasification technology is an effective means to achieve clean coal utilization,but the coal after gasification contains a large amount of particulate matter,which is directly used for power generation and will cause damage to the generator set,so it needs to be purified.The original purification process is inefficient and the water resources are wasted seriously.Using electrostatic precipitators to instead of the original wet dust removal device is a hot spot research in recent years.Producer gas composition is complex,there is a possibility of explosion,and it is necessary to solve the problem of corona discharge.Therefore,this paper explores the corona discharge mechanism of Producer gas in the wet electrostatic precipitator,and finds out the corona discharge law of Producer gas,and provides theoretical support for the use of wet electrostatic precipitator to purify Producer gas.In this paper,the physicochemical properties of producer gas dust are analyzed firstly,then the producer gas component is subjected to corona discharge test and water mist charge test under no-load condition,and finally through the dust removal test in the wet electrostatic precipitator to verify the dust removal efficiency of the producer gas dust.The research results show that:?1?Producer gas dust is loose and porous,the specific surface is about 7.8 m2/g,which is much larger than general industrial dust,the median diameter is 35.14?m,the dust adhesion is strong,Using wet electrostatic precipitator has more good results.?2?The order of influence of each component in producer gas on corona discharge from strong to weak is:H2>N2>CH4>CO>CO2,the lower the content of H2S and SO2,under the same conditions,it is easier to obtain larger secondary current.?3?Under the same conditions,the selected solid 1/4 nozzle has the best atomization performance.At0.7 MPa water pressure,the droplet diameter in the droplet reaches 47.49?m;As the water pressure increases,the secondary current at the same voltage tends to increase first and then decrease.?4?Increasing the surfactant in the spray solution can effectively enhance the corona discharge effect of the wet electrostatic precipitator.The effect of the SDBS surfactant is best,and the dust removal efficiency can be increased from 97%to99.5%.?5?When the water pressure is 0.5 MPa,the electric field wind speed is 1.0m/s,the polar matching form is the four-tooth thorn line+480C anode plate,and the nozzle selects the solid 1/4 type nozzle,the best dust removal effect can be obtained,the efficiency of dust removal achieve 99%.,and the outlet dust concentration is below 10 mg/m3.Using wet electrostatic precipitator to purify producer gas can solve the problem of low efficiency and high operating cost of the original method,and provides a new idea for the purification of producer gas in China.The research of this subject provides theoretical and technical references for the industrial application of wet electrostatic precipitator in producer gas purification.
