Heavy metals and phosphates in the water environment cause serious pollution to the ecological environment and affect human health.In this paper,bio-material?-Lactoglobulin nanofiber was prepared by simple alkaline heating.Based on?-lactoglobulin nanofiber adhesion medium,D201-fiber-ZrO2 film was prepared by vacuum filtration using D201 as the substrate and use the above two materials to remove heavy metals and phosphates from the water.In this experiment,the SEM,TEM,XRD,FT-IR and other characterization instruments were used to analyze the micro-structure and group structure.The results show that?-lactoglobulin nanofiber was a fibrous amorphous nano-structure,with a length of 2?m and a width of 5nm.The length of?-lactoglobulin nanofiber loaded with ZrO2remains unchanged,while the width changes to13nm.First used?-lactoglobulin nanofiber to treat lead-containing wastewater.Under the condition of high concentration of Ca???/Mg???/Na???ions coexistence,the material still showed high selective adsorption performance for Pb???.Kinetic results showed that?-lactoglobulin nanofiber could rapidly adsorb Pb???within 60s and reach saturation.What's more,the actual application capacity of the?-lactoglobulin nanofiber?approximately 44 m3 of contaminated waste-water/kg of adsorbent?far exceeds that of commercial ion exchange resins,and the effluent concentration is lower than the world health organization's recommended drinking water standard?10?g/L?.The significant adsorption properties of the material for Pb???can be attributed to the ultrafine nanofiber structure and the abundant amino acid groups on the protein.The sub-10nm ZrO2 was synthesized in situ on the fiber,and the D201-fiber-ZrO2membrane was prepared by vacuum filtration using D201 powder as the substrate.Membrane materials have high adsorption capacity for Pb???,Cr???,Cu???,Cd???,F-,P???,and for Pb???,F-,P???Shows excellent selective adsorption behavior.The pH effect experiments show that the material can efficiently remove target contaminants over a wide pH range.When the mixed liquid containing many kinds of target pollutants was filtered by the material,it has a strong removal ability for each kind of pollutant ion,and the efficiency is maintained at 99.9%after more than 5 cycles.In addition,D201-fiber-ZrO2 membrane can efficiently treat high?100mg/L?and low?10mg/L?P???,Cr???,Pb???solutions.These results indicate that the D201-fiber-ZrO2 membrane can well alleviate the environmental pollution caused by heavy metals and anionic pollutants such as phosphate.
