With the rapid development of urban construction,a large number of old buildings have been demolished,which caused the problem of "besieged city of construction waste" became more and more prominent.Meanwhile,large-scale construction of road engineering in China has consumed a lot of building materials in recent years.Thus,if construction waste can be recycled,processed,and applied in road engineering,which can not only solve various problems including land occupancy,environmental pollution,but also can save a lot of road construction materials,so as to promote the sustainable development of resources and environment.Through the systematic test,basic physical and mechanical properties of construction waste recycled aggregates have been analyzed in this paper,which include it water absorption,apparent density and crushing value.Construction waste recycled aggregate has been mixed with natural soil in different mixing ratio.As a result,this test mainly studies the optimum moisture content,maximum dry density and CBR value and change rule of recycled aggregate and natural soil mixture under different proportion cases,which clearly defined the feasibility of construction waste used in filling of roadbed.Furthermore,cement,lime and the lime fly ash have been taken as the binder respectively,to study the road used performance indicators of three kinds of inorganic binding materials,which mainly include its compressive strength,splitting strength and compressive modulus of resilience.In addition,a series of systematic analysis have been made on the influence rule of admixing amount of construction waste recycled aggregate concrete,brick& concrete proportion,and the binder dosage on performance of building waste mixture used in road,which shows that the feasibility of inorganic binder construction waste mixture used as the subbase material of the highway.Moreover,through the systematic test,technical performances of the construction waste recycled aggregate concrete including compressive strength,flexural strength,dry shrinkage performance,wear resistance have been studied,the experimental results show that by using a kind of rational mixture ratio design,properties such as the strength of construction waste recycled aggregate concrete can meet the technical requirements of medium and light transportation cement concrete pavement construction materials.Finally,on the basis of influence factors such as subgrade stiffness and subbase stiffness,this paper has made a finite element analysis on the bending of the road surface and the tensile stress of each layer by using of the ANSYS software,which has verified the feasibility and superiority of construction waste used as roadbed filler and pavement subbase material.In a word,the research results of this paper can provide some theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of construction waste in highway engineering,which can promote the transformation of construction waste into treasure and realize resource utilization.
