| polymer flooding in Class-?Reservoir has entered the industrial application in Daqing.This reservoir is characterized by serious heterogeneity and the development is difficult.High injection pressure will cause the high viscosity slug into the low permeability layer.Reasonable flow pressure control is an important way to solve the above problems.In this paper,the adjustment method of injection production pressure in polymer flooding is studied in stages,which can provide guidance for the adjustment of polymer flooding in Class-?Reservoir.The two parts of injection pressure and oil well flow pressure are studied respectively.For the injection pressure,the effective driving pressure of polymer flooding and the new physical simulation experiment method to measure the effective driving pressure are put forward.According to the characteristics of the flow rate curve,the effective driving pressure is determined,the dimensionless starting pressure and the effective driving pressure plate are given,and the timing of the most high pressure force and the production process of the high and low permeability layers are studied.The relationship between degrees is defined,and the relationship between the maximum pressure appearing time and recovery rate under different injection rate is defined.For the study of reasonable flow pressure in oil wells,the five point well network is established by numerical simulation method.The flow pressure in the stage of water cut,low water cut and water cut recovery stage of polymer flooding stage is studied in the direction of adjustment and adjustment time,and then the physical simulation experiment is used.With the numerical simulation results of flow pressure adjustment,the plane flow pressure adjustment mode of "1MPa in water cut period is raised,flow pressure reverse adjustment in low water cut period,constant flow pressure in water recovery period" is put forward,which can enlarge the volume of wave and further dig the remaining oil. |
