Evaluation Method And Application Of Horizontal Well Water Injection In Typical Offshore Oil Reservoirs

Compared with vertical well water injection,horizontal well water injection in offshore oil reservoirs has the advantages of expanding injection area and reducing development costs.During the development of water injection in offshore reservoirs,there is a problem that the water breakthrough occurs quickly and the injection pressure of the horizontal well rises rapidly.This paper focuses on how to optimize the injection parameters of offshore reservoirs.Firstly,the paper analyzes the production performance of injection wells in a typical offshore oil reservoir,and the results show that the heterogeneity along the well is an important factor affecting water injection effect.Secondly,an indoor injection experiment was designed for homogeneous and heterogeneous reservoirs.The experimental results show that the reservoir heterogeneity has a great influence on the distribution of injection volume along horizontal wells.Then,taking into account the effects of reservoir heterogeneity and wellbore friction,reservoir engineering methods were used to solve the distribution of injection volume and injection pressure.A corresponding calculation module was compiled to analyze the injection parameters of horizontal wells in homogeneous and heterogeneous reservoir.Then,the injection parameters of the two types of well groups were analyzed using the calculated calculation module,and the water injection effect after profile modification was evaluated.Finally,according to the characteristics of the distribution of permeability along well bore,the injection parameters of the two types of injection wells in the reservoir are optimized to achieve the effect of balanced injection profile.Based on the reservoir engineering method,the water injection development effect of the target block was predicted and optimized.The evaluation and optimization method of the established horizontal well injection has guiding significance for improving the effectiveness of horizontal well water injection development in offshore reservoirs.
