In the development process of reservoir with gas cap and edge water, the interaction of gas cap, edge water and oil ring makes this kind of reservoir difficult to develop.Especially for offshore reservoir, because of the restrictions on the petroleum market and the field environment,it faces many development problems. The research on gas cap reservoir is in the ascendant at home and abroad.A lot of mechanism problems concerning development mode optimization and production system adjustment strategy need to be solved. In this paper,a typical gas cap reservoir(A oil field)in Bohai is used as a prototype to design a one and three dimensional physical simulation model and to carry out full experimental research and analysis.Using one-dimensional physical simulation, including single and double one-dimensional modes, have studied the interface migration characteristics and morphology of oil flooding gas, water flooding oil and gas flooding oil,and discusses the different displacement and velocity difference of different permeability and the displacement mechanism;through the establishment of large size 3D physical model, have studied and explored the reservoir production system to adjust the timing and adjusting mode of production characteristics and interface morphology and migration;based on physical simulation, using reservoir numerical method, further study and extension of the physical simulation results, and evaluate the influence factors of mining effect and simulation of the difference with the system, the timing and method of adjustment, the formation of reasonable adjustment of production system of gas cap reservoir development countermeasures, for similar reservoirs provide technical support It has important guiding significance.
