In recent years, with the advancement of oil and gas exploration and development technologies and the increasing demand for oil and gas resources by humans,low-permeability and ultra-low-permeability reservoirs that were previously considered to be commercially unavailable have become an important source of new oil and gas.At present, the main wells for the development of ultra-low permeability oilfields are horizontal wells and vertical wells. However,in the development process, there are problems such as unclear characteristics of water flooding effects, unclear factors affecting water flooding effects, and low proportion of waterflooding wells. Therefore,it is necessary to study the characteristics of waterflooding development of horizontal wells and vertical wells and waterflood influencing factors, and put forward technical policies that can improve the waterflooding development effect of horizontal wells and vertical wells in ultra-low permeability reservoirs.Firstly, this paper aims at the horizontal and vertical well dynamic data of different wells in HQ oilfield, and divides the horizontal and vertical well production patterns, compares the effective characteristics of different well types, and identifies the main control factors that affect the effectiveness of horizontal and vertical well waterflooding.Secondly, numerical simulation methods are used to study the effects of fracturing parameters(fissure half length, fracture conductivity, cloth seam method, etc.),water injection parameters, and well network parameters(well spacing, row spacing)on horizontal and vertical wells. The impact of the study,at the same time, using the accumulated oil production as an indicator to optimize various influencing factors. Finally,in combination with actual reservoirs, orthogonal tests are designed to optimize technical policies that can improve the development of waterflooding for vertical wells and horizontal wells. The research results of this paper have certain guiding significance for improving the water drive development effect of horizontal wells and vertical wells in ultra-low permeability reservoirs.
