The offshore oil and gas field engineering system is used for the collection,processing and centralized transportation of the offshore oil field.Its design and selection are the main task at the early stage of the offshore oil and gas field development.At the same time,the investment in offshore oil and gas field is huge,therefore the optimised design is the key to reduce the cost of offshore oil field development and to improve the working efficiency.Predecessors have not systematically evaluated and optimized offshore oil and gas field engineering.In this paper,the main problems of previous research are reorganized into three problems: optimization of engineering mode,topology optimization and construction period optimization.Aiming at the optimization of engineering model for offshore oil and gas fields,a fuzzy comprehensive analytic hierarchy process is used to establish a comprehensive evaluation model for offshore engineering.The reliability,economy and adaptability of the engineering model are comprehensively considered.Applying the model to an actual oilfield block offshore,the results show that this solution takes into account the reliability of the engineering mode and the adaptability of the area,and optimizes the most suitable engineering mode in the area.In view of the topology optimization of the marine gathering and transportation system,this paper considers the characteristics of the connection form of the offshore gathering pipe network and the production process,and establishes the MILP model with the objective of minimizing the total investment cost.Taking the typical examples of "half-sea half-land" and "all-sea" as examples,the model obtained the optimal layout scheme of the assembly and transportation system,were reduced by 40.8% and 30.1% respectively compared with the predecessors' schemes.Considering the uncertainties of oil reservoir and oil price,aiming at the optimal construction period of offshore development facilities,a multi-scenario mixed integer linear programming model is established by coupling the reservoir numerical simulation model with the highest total net present value as the objective function.Taking a deep-water oilfield as an example,the results show that this model has high yield and strong ability to resist risks.This paper puts forward new ideas for optimizing offshore oil and gas field engineering mode and gathering and transportation system design,providing strong reference for on-site staff.
