Since many oil fields in China have successively entered the high water-cut stage,the problem of fouling in the gathering pipelines has become increasingly prominent.The fouling formation has affected the efficient and normal operation of the pipeline seriously.As a result,the cross-sectional area of the fluid channel of the pipeline is reduced,the pressure drop is increased,and even the pipeline is corroded and perforated.When the pipeline is severely blocked by the deposition,the normal production of oil wells will be affected.In this paper,the composition,morphology,size,adhesion strength and dynamic growth process of calcium carbonate fouling at the initial deposition stage on different material surface are studied by means of experimental loops,microscopic photographing,scanning electron microscopy and friction and wear measuring instrument.The design and manufacture of the fouling dynamic growth experimental device have been completed.The device can simultaneously obtain a complete fouling sample on the surface of a variety of materials under the same experimental conditions and improves the experimental efficiency.The macroscopic fouling characteristics are studied.The deposition mass per unit area and coverage of fouling are obtained to response the dynamic growth of fouling on different material surface.The quantitative characterization of different radial location adhesion strength of film fouling is established by friction and wear measuring instrument.The reason of difference in macroscopic fouling characteristics on different material surface is analyzed at the mechanism level.The microscopic fouling characteristics are studied.The composition,morphology and size of fouling particle at the initial deposition satge are studied.The quantitative characterization method of fractal dimension based on the micrograph of fouling is proposed to ensure the independence of source of macroscopic fouling characteristic and microscopic morphology and structure data.Statistical analysis method is used to eliminate the randomness of the sampling and it is proved that the sampling results from different views of the sample are consistent.The relationship between macroscopic fouling characteristics and the microscopic morphology of the fouling is established,and the difference of macroscopic fouling characteristics on different material surface is explained and analyzed at the geometry level.
