Reciprocating compressor is one of the key power equipment for natural gas transmission,and their energy consumption is very large.Because of the deviation from the design conditions in practical applications,the low efficiency and energy waste of reciprocating compressors are widespread.However,the existing principles and methods for efficiency optimization of reciprocating compressors are poor in practicality and not easily applied in practical work.In order to reduce consumption and increase efficiency of gas engine reciprocating compressor unit,the working parameters adjustment is used as the main means to carry out quantitative impact prediction and interval optimization of working parameters.The specific study is as follows.(1)An improved efficiency evaluation method for gas driven compressor unit was proposed,and the model of efficiency and power for mathematical analysis was established.The model can avoid the accidental errors caused by the traditional method of drawing or looking up the table by selecting the calculation formulas that are applicable to different parameters such as compression factor and multivariable index under different pressure and temperature conditions.Based on C# language,the efficiency calculation system was designed to make the efficiency calculation more accurate and efficient.(2)A new method was proposed to quantitatively analyze the influence of the controllable operating parameters of the reciprocating compressor group on the work efficiency.The influence degree of controllable operating parameters such as inlet and outlet gas pressure and inlet gas temperature was calculated respectively.The degree of influence of these parameters was obtained to further clarify the parameters that have the greatest influence on the efficiency.(3)The influence of the controllable parameters of the compressor group on the efficiency and power was predicted based on MATLAB,and the change of the influence trend of these parameters in the change interval was learned.Combined with the comprehensive analysis of efficiency improvement,power requirements and safe operation,the optimal interval or optimal operating point for controllable parameter adjustment was selected.(4)Comparing the operating conditions in the optimized interval with the operating data in the normal operating conditions,the results show that the operating conditions in the optimized interval significantly increase the effective power and efficiency of the compressor.(5)Through comparison with the optimization conditions,it is found that the main reasons for the low efficiency of the reciprocating compressor unit are the low engine load and the unreasonable compression ratio distribution.A solution to these problems was given.
