With the research of supramolecular nanomaterials,more and more people want to get a kind of nano material with controllable structure and special function,and hope to apply it to medical imaging.Based on the special needs of biocompatibility and fluorescence imaging,the amino acid/polypeptide and naphthalene two imide were selected as the building units,and a group of small molecules with self-assembly properties were designed and synthesized,and the basic characterization and research were carried out.The specific work is as follows:On the basis of previous studies,based on the analysis of the aggregation tendency of single amino acid properties and two peptide sequences,three two peptide modified naphthalimide amphiphilic molecules were designed,and the structure and morphology controlled nano supramolecular molecules were formed by self-assembly of the parent small molecules.After that,the amphiphilic molecules and graphene or carbon nanotubes were free to assemble under the action of ultrasound,and the amphiphilic molecules graphene/carbon nanotube complexes were prepared.The chemical structure and morphology of nano supramolecular assemblies were studied by modern testing methods.In this paper,the morphology and UV Vis absorption spectra were used to study the self-assembly of them when they exist alone.The solubility of graphene and carbon nanotubes modified by naphthalene two imide derivatives in chloroform was improved by the analysis of the compound of the products and the composite of graphene / single wall carbon nanotubes.By thermogravimetric analysis,the loading of naphthalene two imide derivatives and graphene is about 10%-20%,and the loading amount of the composite with carbon nanotubes is about 20%-50%.In addition,the good biocompatibility of amino acids and naphthalene two formimide also brings infinite possibilities to biomedical applications.We look forward to further research.
