When doing business overseas,"Utilizing foreign resources is inevitable.This is actually the way that the major international oil companies have come together." In this case,there are two cultural backgrounds and it is inevitable to face one problem-The composition of employees,the integration of employees in Chinese employees and employees in the country.Localization is a requirement of resource countries and a requirement for global economic integration.Localization can be long-term.Based on the long-term development goals of the company,the exchange and integration between the two parties is a question that needs to be explored and summarized.As a typical energy channel and the facility's link for the “One Belt and One Road” and “Five-Way Project ”,the Central Asia Gas Pipeline Project is China's first overseas natural gas pipeline project to be built and put into production,which will ease the strain on high-quality energy supply in China,optimize the energy structure,protect the ecological environment,change the pattern of energy export from Central Asia,and lay a solid foundation for the Mechanism and scale of regional cooperation.This article systematically analyzes the composition and development of the A Sino-Kazakhstan joint venture company and its employees in the Kazakhstan section of the Central Asia natural gas pipeline project,and gives an introduction to its social culture,corporate culture and management system,and constructed a staff integration model.It attempts to demonstrate the status,approaches,and effectiveness of the fusion of social culture,corporate culture,and management systems in the integration process of the employees of the Sino-Kazakhstan joint venture company,and evaluates their strengths and weaknesses.At the same time,the thesis analyzes a case of the A Sino-Kazakhstan employee integration from the background,employee integration process,and the effect evaluation system.At the end of the thesis,according to the development trend of the future of the A Sino-Kazakhstan joint venture company,several corresponding suggestions and strategies are proposed for the China-Kazakhstan employees' integration.Hope that through these analyses and suggestions,it will be able to contribute to the healthy,stable and sustainable development of the A Sino-Kazakhstan joint venture company in Kazakhstan.
