In this paper,according to the characteristics of large residual ammonia water and high ammonia nitrogen concentration,a resin adsorption treatment process was designed to absorb ammonia nitrogen from residual ammonia water,and a resin adsorption treatment device was designed based on the best experimental conditions.The field trials were conducted and the following conclusions were finally reached:(1)Through resin screening experiments,resin with strong ammonia nitrogen removal ability was selected from 20 resins.The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen from the remaining ammonia water was 89.1% to 92.2% from the three resins selected in the experiment,and the resin regeneration rate was 86.3 % to 92.4 %.It has good processing effect.The three resins were mixed at a ratio of 1:1:1,and the remaining ammonia water was adsorbed using a mixed resin.At this time,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 93 % and the resin reproduction rate was 90%.(2)The optimum adsorption conditions of resin are studied by static experiments.The effect of resin on ammonia nitrogen removal under different temperature conditions,different resin additions and different experimental conditions is studied in this paper.The experimental results showed that the best conditions for resin adsorption were 3BV/h flow rate and 25?.Under this experimental condition,the residual ammonia water of Weigang,Pansteel and Pancoal was treated separately.After treatment,the COD in the water was reduced to 110~230 mg/L,the NH3-N was reduced to 90~110 mg/L,and the volatile phenol was reduced.56.6 ~ 80 mg/L.(3)The best regeneration conditions and regeneration ability of the resin were studied through dynamic experiments.The experimental results showed that the best regeneration conditions for the resin were 2% lye concentration,5% acid concentration,and 35?temperature.The best regeneration method for the resin was Level 3 regeneration.When repeated regeneration is 10 to 25 times,the adsorption capacity of the resin tends to be stable.After repeated regeneration 30 times,the penetration saturation adsorption amount of the resin decreases to 38.9 mg/g.(4)An expansion of the resin adsorption process was conducted.During the experiment,a total of 620 T of water samples was treated.The residual ammonia nitrogen concentration was treated from 2000 mg/L to 80~200 mg/L,which has a good treatment effect.
