China is the largest tea producing country in the world.Tea,as a cash crop,has become a characteristic agricultural industry in some areas of our country,which can promote the development of local rural economy and increase farmers' income.However,there are still many problems in tea processing machine,especially in the control of tea processing temperature,at the present stage,tea processing temperature control mostly depends on the actual operation experience of tea workers,and the tea production environment is complex,it is impossible to guarantee the stability of the processing temperature of the tea processing equipment in the actual production process,thus affecting the quality of the tea.In view of the above puzzling problems of tea processing machine,a digital dedicated controller for intelligent temperature control of tea processing is designed in this design.The system is based on STM32 microcomputer control system,which uses thermocouple to collect the working temperature of tea processing machine,and uses the PID control technology based on BP neural network(BP-PID)to control the temperature of the equipment.It can make the working temperature of tea processing machines reach steady state,and solve the problem that the quality of tea products is difficult to achieve consistency.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the actual requirements,the hardware and software of the temperature intelligent control system for tea processing is designed.The Altium Designer software is used to design and draw the relevant hardware circuit diagram and the PCB board,the appropriate operating system is selected and transplanted,driver development and protocol stack transplantation are carried out,and the software running environment is designed.(2)The temperature intelligent control algorithm of tea processing is designed and simulated with Simulink module of MATLAB.The simulation results of the temperature intelligent control algorithm of tea processing designed in this paper are verified by comparing the traditional PID temperature control algorithm.(3)The processing temperature control of tea processing equipment is studied,and the control ability of temperature control system to tea processing is tested.The error of the system is analyzed and compared.The experimental results show that the PID control system based on bp neural network has a good control effect on the processing temperature of tea processing equipments.
