The rapid development of industry has had a great impact on people's health,living environment and food safety.In order to realize the detection of active substances in the physiological process,excessive additives in food and toxic gases in the environment,three ratiometric fluorescent probes were designed and synthesized,which were applied to identify and detect hypochlorite in biological living cells,benzoyl peroxide in food and phosgene in environment.This article is divided into the following five parts:The first chapter of the literature review mainly describes the basic properties and response mechanism,as well as the recent progress of fluorescent probes for hypochlorous acid,phosgene and benzoyl peroxide.In the second chapter,a mitochondrial-targeted fluorescent probe based on a hepta-cyanide structure was prepared for the detection of hypochlorite(ClO~-).ClO~-oxidizes the carbon-carbon double bond in the molecular structure of the fluorescent probe,and the fluorescence changes from red to blue,thereby achieving colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescence detection.The fluorescent probe has good mitochondrial targeting and enables fluorescence ratio imaging of ClO~-in living cells.In the third chapter,a ratiometric fluorescent probe based on coumarin aldehyde structure was designed and synthesized for the detection of benzoyl peroxide(BPO)in food.BPO can oxidatively cleave the double bond of the probe with a distinct color change.The probe had high selectivity and low detection limit(163 nM),and the test paper is successfully prepared for determining the level of BPO in wheat flour,a good recovery rate was obtained.In the forth chapter,a ratiometric fluorescent probe based on a phthalimide structure was developed for the detection to trace phosgene in the environment.The-NH and-OH groups of the structure of fluorescent probe are easily cyclized with phosgene,the intramolecular charge transfer(ICT)is decreased,resulting a significant blue shift in UV absorption and fluorescence spectra.The fluorescent probe could be used to prepare polymer membranes to detect trace amounts of phosgene,making it a portable,highly sensitive and selective colorimetric fluorescence test kit.In the fifth chapter,the conclusion of this paper,summaries of the experimental results and significance.
