Nanopore technology is a commonly used detection method,which is mainly divided into solid nanopores and biological nanopores.Nanopore is widely used in the fields of electrochemistry,electrophysiology and biometrics as a multifunctional nanosensor.The preparation method of nanopore nanoelectrode is mature and perfect.Due to its small size,high signal-to-noise ratio and high sensitivity,it can be used to detect single cell,biomolecules and synthetic nanoparticles.The modification of the nanopore can further improve the selectivity and sensitivity of the nanopore.However,because of the limitation of research methods,some preparation methods require expensive experimental instruments and high technology.Some are time-consuming and easy damage the nanopore.Therefore,the rapid,simple and inexpensive preparation of the nanoelectrode is very important.It is great significance to use the nanoelectrode as a multifunctional electrode in the fields of nanoparticle,protein,and biomolecule detection.In this thesis,we will develope a new type of multifunctional nanoelectrode that provides a method of detecting single molecules.The details are shown as follows:(1)The study found a convenient and inexpensive method to deposit gold at the tip of quartz nanoppre by electrochemical deposition.Nano-gold seeds were introduce as nucleation centers to reduce the deposition time.The seed growth method was used to grow the gold on the nano-gold seeds which formed by the reduction of chloroauric acid with hydroxylammonium hydrochloride.This method causes the gold deposited rapidly.The gold layer with controlled length on the inner surface of the quartz nanopore without any damage.The effects of different conditions on the growth length of the gold at the nanopore was also investigated.(2)Gold-coated nanopore can be used as a wireless ring-shaped gold nanoelectrode,which enable to physical detection of multi-mode monomers.It is proved that the nanopore based resistance pulse sensing capability is improved in the presence of gold.The nanopore based a ring-shaped gold nanoelectrode can also be used as a wireless bipolar electrode for electrochemical measurements,and further demonstrates that such gold-coated nanopore has the ability to serve as a surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy substrate.
