Energy and environment concerned problems are of importance in the sustainable development of human society. The exploitation of environment friendly energy sources is an inevitable trend to implement the sustainable development. As an ideal clean energy, hydrogen can be industrially produced by electrolysis of water. This method is easy to operate,non-polluting,clean and environmentally friendly, etc. The ideal electrocatalytic material should have a small overpotential,a large current density,a large specific surface area, superior electrocatalytic activity, good electrical conductivity and excellent long-term stability. It is worth noting that the most effective hydrogen evolution reaction?HER?electrocatalysts were based on precious metals, especially, platinum. However, the limited resources of noble metals hinder their utilization in practice because of the high cost. Therefore,it is urgent to develop effective replacements with rich content and low energy consumption towards HER electrocatalystsIn this paper,HPA and NiAc2 were taken as precursor,Then, the as-obtained aqueous solution was used to prepare fibers via electrospinning method followed by annealing process to synthesize the crystalline. At the same time, their morphology, structure and hydrogen performance were tested. The main contents are as follows:1.First of all,H3PW12O40(PW12)and Nickel?II?acetate?NiAc2?at different molar proportion were taken as precursor. Then, the as-obtained aqueous solution was used to prepare fibers via electrospinning method followed by annealing process to synthesize the crystalline PW12Ni5O43.5?isogenous?nanocomposites.PW12Ni5O43.5/FTO?isogenous?was compared with PW12Ni5O43.5/FTO?heterologous?and W12Ni5O41/FTO by the same characterization method and electrochemical test. The results show that the crystalline PW12Ni5O43.5?isogenous?obtained at molar proportion of PW12 to NiAc2 in 1:5 exhibited excellent HER properties with small Tafel slope of 57 mV/decade and low overpotential of-0.35 V.So,PW12Ni5O43.5/FTO?isogenous?has better electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity.2.First of all, silicotungstic acid(SiW12)and NiAc2 at different molar proportion were taken as precursor. Then,we have developed a facile method to fabricate SiO2/WO3/NiWO4 decorated carbon nanofibers via electrospinning and carbonization under nitrogen atmosphere.SiWNi-CNFs were compared with SiW-CNFs,WNi-CNFs,W-CNFs by the same characterization methods and electrochemical tests. The SiWNi-CNFs displays outstanding and stable electrocatalytic performance with low overpotential of-0.32 V at the current density of 10 mA cm-2 and small Tafel slope?48mV/decade?.Therefore,SiWNi-CNFs have excellent electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity.
