Nitrogen-containing polyheterocycles are widely found in natural products, bioactive molecules, and chemical and pharmaceutical industries and materials science.Imine radicals cyclization is an important strategy for the construction of such compound.Since imine radicals have high activity, instability, and easy hydrogen extraction, there are few methods for producing imine radicals which are convenient, mild, and highly atomic economic. In recent years, more and more methods for constructing nitrogen-containing polyheterocycles via imine radicals have been proposed. This thesis focuses on the transition metal-promoted oxidative cyclization cascade reaction to construct polyheterocycles. This thesis is composed of four parts:1)The research progress in the construction of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds by imine radicals in the past ten years is reviewed.Classified by different product types.2)Copper-promoted oxidative radical cascade/cyclization reaction of 2-cyano-3-arylaniline derived acrylamides with acetonitrile or TBPB to construct cyano or methyl substituted pyrido[4,3,2-gh]phenanthridine.3)Silver-promoted oxidative decarboxylation radical cascade/cyclization reaction of 2-cyano-3-arylaniline derived acrylamides with ?-keto acids or benzaldehyde to construct benzoy substituted pyrido[4,3,2-gh]phenanthridine.4)Copper catalyzed decarboxylation cyclization cascade reaction of alkynyl carboxylic acids with azide to construct 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles.
