China is a big coal producing country in the world.However,with the large-scale development and utilization of coal,many environmental damages and environmental pollution problems such as surface subsidence,water pollution,air pollution,coal gangue,and noise are becoming more and more serious.The green mining of coal resources has become the eternal theme of coal resource development.As the main coal-producing base in country,the ecological environment damage caused by the large-scale development of coal resource in Northern Shaanxi has attracted great attention of mankind.Therefore,the special study of ecological environment protection system is of great significance to protect the ecological environment of the coal base in Northern Shaanxi.XiaoBaoDang Coal Mine was took as the research object,mining prediction model of surface subsidence was used to find that the subsidence area in first phase was 36.35km2,the average subsidence area was 3.08km2/a,the average soil erosion modulus background value is 9970t/a.km2,and the new soil erosion amount in mining is about 18424.6t/a.The height prediction model of the water flowing fracture zone was used to find that the height of the water flowing fracture zone is 185.5m in XiaoBaoDang Coal Mine.Visual MODFLOW numerical simulation software was simulated and analyzed the situation of the distribution of groundwater flow in the mining area.The groundwater level was predicted by fitting analysis between observation data of the water level in the long view hole,the measured water level and the calculated water level.The ecological protection system of Xiaobaodang Coal Mine was constructed in four aspects:connotation,general idea,construction principle and goal.And the reliability of the system was evaluated and verified.The research results of paper are of great significance for improving the environment and exploring the sustainable development in mining area.
