Longitudinal forfiled plate is an indispensable basic material widely used in national economy and national defense construction,such as shipbuilding,bridge and construction,and requires high quality and performance of longitudinal forfiled plate.With the rapid development of these fields,there is more and more demand for longitudinal forfiled plate.leveling,as a finishing process in the production of medium and thick plate,plays an important role in correcting the shape of the plate and controlling the residual stress.Leveling is a complex process of bending and deformation.In the process of leveling the longitudinal forfiled plate,the section thickness is different,and the bending deformation process is different.In order to realize the mechanism analysis of the longitudinal forfiled plate leveling process,the invention meets the requirement of the industrial application speed,and takes into account the characteristics of continuous change of the thickness of the longitudinal forfiled plate,In this paper,the method of combining the curvature integration method with the linear decreasing leveling scheme is put forward,and the mathematical model of the leveling process of the longitudinal forfiled plate based on the curvature integration method and the linear decreasing leveling scheme is established,and the leveling process of the longitudinal forfiled plate is studied.A method for leveling a longitudinal forfiled plate with a roller-based leveling process is proposed.The industrial production of longitudinal forfiled leveling provides theoretical guidance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)At present,the curvature integral method is generally used in plate leveling.For longitudinal forfiled leveling,the conventional curvature integral model can not be directly applied.Considering the continuous variation of longitudinal forfiled thickness,the conventional curvature integral model is improved and optimized.The curvature integral model suitable for longitudinal forfiled plate leveling is established and the leveling process of longitudinal forfiled plate is analyzed.(2)Based on the curvature integral model and the dynamic reduction model of the leveling roller,the influence of the reduction amount on the leveling effect of thelongitudinal forfiled plate is studied,and the leveling technology of the longitudinal forfiled plate is optimized,and the leveling quality of the longitudinal forfiled plate is improved.(3)A method for leveling a longitudinal forfiled plate with a roller-based leveling process is proposed.In this paper,the leveling process and the partition criterion of the roller-based leveling machine are studied,and the leveling effect of the leveling longitudinal forfiled plate of the leveling roller system and the conventional leveling machine is analyzed and compared.The leveling effect of the roller-based leveling machine under different conditions is studied.
