Oil derrick structure is an important basic facility in petroleum development.It has a great impact on the performance,reliability and life-time of the whole drilling rig system.With the increase of derrick service life-time,the long-term effects of environmental erosion,material aging and load inevitably reduce its reliability and easily lead to catastrophic accidents.In view of this situation,taking ZJ70 oil derrick laboratory model as the research object,this paper designed an oil derrick structure health monitoring system based on curvature difference of energy component of wavelet packet.The system can monitor the derrick in real time during its service period,and has a high degree of damage identification of oil derrick,thus ensuring the safety of the structure during its service period.The main contents are as follows:According to the characteristics and concrete forms of oil derrick steel structure,the main design schemes and ideas of oil derrick structure health monitoring system are studied.According to the function and technical development trend of the system,the corresponding system model is selected.The finite element model of steel structure of oil derrick is established by using finite element analysis software.Taking the right front column as an example,the response information of the derrick structure under the condition of non-damage and damage under impact load and random load is extracted,which provides a reference basis for the verification of damage identification methods.The basic theory of wavelet and wavelet packet analysis is studied.According to the characteristics of efficient and fast data processing required by oil derrick structure health monitoring system,the wavelet basis functions are selected.A damage identification method of oil derrick based on curvature difference of energy component of wavelet packet is introduced.The feasibility of the method is verified by numerical simulation.The oil derrick structure health monitoring system is designed and developed by using LabVIEW platform and MATLAB mathematical analysis software.By using the ZJ70 laboratory model and setting different damage forms to test the reliability of the system.The remote performance of the system is verified by remote monitoring and control testing.
