Nowadays,with the development of technology,materials with photoelectric properties have become a research hotspot.And Photoelectric material have been rapidly developed and applied in many fields such sensors,smart beds,sewage degradation,semiconductors,solar cells,etc.The performance of Photoelectric material can be judged from the aspects of electrochromic reversibility,response time,coloring efficiency,spectral transmittance,photocurrent and photocatalysis.In order to prepare semiconductor film materials with good photoelectric properties,the research object of this paper are WO3 nanoblock film,MoO3nanofilm and WO3/MoO3 composite film.The research content is as follows:The WO3 nanoblock film was prepared by hydrothermal method on conductive glass?FTO?.The WO3 nanoblocks were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Electrochemicaltest,spectroscopytest,photocurrenttestand photoelectrocatalytic test method were used to obtain electrochromic reversibility,response time,coloring efficiency,spectral transmittance,photocurrent and photoelectrocatalysis of WO3 nanoblock film.It is analyzed in detail.Effect of different PH values of hydrothermal solution on photoelectric properties of WO3 nanoblock films,it was found that WO3nanoblock films with a pH of 1.5 have the best electrochromic reversibility,response time,coloring efficiency,spectral transmittance,Photocurrent and Photocatalysis.MoO3 nanofilms were prepared by electrochemical deposition on conductive glass?FTO?.The MoO3 film was characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Electrochemicaltest,spectroscopytest,photocurrenttestand photoelectrocatalytic test method were used to obtain the electrochromic reversibility,response time,coloring efficiency,spectral transmittance,photocurrent and photoelectrocatalysis of MoO3 film.The photoelectric properties of MoO3 films with different deposition cycles were studied,it was found that the MoO3 films for 8 cycles had the best electrochromic reversibility,response time,coloring efficiency,spectral transmittance,photocurrent and photocatalytic properties.The WO3 nanoblock film was prepared by hydrothermal method on conductive glass?FTO?,and then the MoO3 film was coated on WO3 nanoblock by electrodeposition to obtain the WO3/MoO3 composite film.The WO3/MoO3 composite film was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy.Electrochemical test,spectroscopy test,photocurrent test and photoelectrocatalytic test method were used to obtain the electrochromic reversibility,response time,coloring efficiency,spectral transmittance,photocurrent and photoelectrocatalysis of WO3/MoO3 composite films.The effects of MoO3in different deposition cycles on the electrochromic reversibility,response time,coloring efficiency,spectral transmittance,photocurrent and photocatalysis of WO3/MoO3 composite films were investigated.Result have shown that the optical properties of WO3/MoO3composite films for 8 deposition cycles of MoO3 are the best.And,the WO3/MoO3 films have better electrochromic reversibility,response time,coloring efficiency,spectral transmittance,photocurrent and photoelectrocatalysis compared with WO3 nanoblock and MoO3 film?...
