Soda residue,fly ash and sodium silicate solution were synthesized as a new kind of green grouting material without cement clinker according to certain ratio at room temperature to overcome the high cost and indirect environment pollution caused by the use of cement as grouting material,and to achieve the resource utilization of these two kinds of industrial waste.The main performance indexes and solidified mechanism of the soda residue grouting material were studied and compared with the cement slurry to explore the possibility of applying it to the mine curtain grouting engineering.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:?1?9 groups of orthogonal test were designed to analyses the influencing factors of the preparation of soda residue grouting material.The results indicate that the concentration of sodium silicate solution has the most significant effect on compressive strength,fluidity and final setting time,the ratio of soda residue and fly ash has the most significant effect on stone rate and initial setting time,while the ratio of liquid and solid has the greatest influence on water separation rate within the scope of selected factor levels.According to the results of the range analysis,the optimal ratio is that the ratio of soda residue and fly ash is 2:3,the ratio of liquid and solid is 1.1,while the sodium silicate solution concentration is 2.5mol/L,and the optimal ratio can prepare a group of grouting material with comprehensive good performance.?2?FTIR spectrum reveal that soda residue-fly ash-sodium silicate solution system promotes the polymerization of Si-O-Al bonds to produce aluminosilicate polymer gel.In the XRD spectrum,the“bulge”peak shifts to the high angle as a whole,which can also demonstrate that a new gel is generated.SEM images show that fly ash is eroded and the gel material is formed on the surface of the fly ash particles and the surrounding area to form a whole.EDS indicate that the main elements of the gel are O,Si,Al and Na,Si/Al is between 1 and 2,the gel material is proved to be N-A-S-H gel.?3?The solidified mechanism of this new kind grouting material is that the early strength is dependent on C-S-H gel formed by the reaction of soluble calcium in soda residue with sodium silicate,while the apparent increase in late strength is determined by N-A-S-H gel generated by alkali-activated fly ash.Effective composition in the soda residue is CaCO3,Ca?OH?2,CaCl2 and CaSO4,CaCO3 mainly plays a role of skeleton support,Ca?OH?2,CaCl2 and CaSO4 provide Ca2+to react with sodium silicate to generate C-S-H gel,and CaSO4 has the characteristics of microdilatancy,which can improve the degree of shrinkage of the system.?4?The soda residue grouting material has good injectivity,the injection depth in particle size of 25mm and 510mm sand is 75mm and 180mm respectively,and it can form a consolidated body of good integrity with sand.Compared with cement gtouting material,the soda residue grouting material can meet the requirements of slurry grouting performance of mine curtain grouting engineering according to the“mine curtain grouting specification”.
