The air pollution caused by fuel is becoming more and more serious,people have a higher voice for strict environmental requirements.It is of great significance to further reduce the content of sulfur compounds in diesel oil.The current method to effectively reduce sulfur content in diesel oil is hydrodesulfurization.Hydrodesulfurization can effectively reduce the sulfur content of diesel oil,but the method is expensive and needs to be carried out under high temperature and high pressure.It is more difficult to remove thiophene and its derivatives by hydrodesulfurization.Adsorption desulfurization is a new method to effectively reduce the sulfur content of diesel oil.Adsorption desulfurization is cheaper,more convenient,more friendly to the environment,and has a wide application prospect.The new magnetic nanocomposite has good desulfurization effect and can be separated easily,which is better than traditional materials.In this paper,a new type of core shell adsorbent Fe3O4@C-Ni was prepared by solvothermal method and roasting method with the prepared 150-200 nm Fe3O4 nanoparticles.The influence of different preparation conditions on adsorbability of adsorbent was investigated.The adsorption process conditions such as aromatics content,sulfide concentration and sulfide species were evaluated by static adsorption,and the adsorbents were characterized by XRD,BET,SEM,TEM and FT-IR analysis.The experimental results show that the best preparation condition of Fe3O4@C-Ni is:0.12 g Fe3O4 particles,30 ml 0.6 mol/L glucose aqueous solution,1.0 g nickel nitrate are added in a beaker,after ultrasonic treatment of 2 h,the mixed solution is reacted at 180°C for 6h to get the product,and the separated products are roasted for 6 h at 650°C in N2 atmosphere.The adsorption capacity of the model diesel with initial sulfur concentration of 200?g/g is 5.72 mgS/g.Fe3O4/NaY-NiO adsorbent was prepared by solvothermal synthesis and calcination by tube furnace.The adsorption properties of adsorbents were investigated by changing the preparation conditions.The adsorption process conditions such as aromatics content,sulfide concentration and sulfide species were evaluated by static adsorption,and the adsorbents were characterized by XRD,BET,SEM,TEM and FT-IR analysis.The best preparation condition of Fe3O4/NaY-NiO is:0.3 g ferric trichloride,30 ml ethylene glycol,0.15 g nickel nitrate,2.0 g urea are added in a beaker,after ultrasonic treatment of 2 h,the mixed solution are reacted at 200°C for 16 h to get the product,and the separated products are roasted for 6 h at 350°C in the atmosphere of nitrogen gas.The adsorption capacity of the model diesel with initial sulfur concentration of 200?g/g is5.52 mgS/g.Two kinds of adsorbents were regenerated by the combination of solvent treatment and thermal treatment.The results showed that both the two sorbents still had higher desulfurization ability after five times of regeneration.The maximum adsorption capacity of the two adsorbents was simulated.Based on Langmuir model,the maximum sulfur capacity of the prepared Fe3O4@C-Ni adsorbent was 9.99 mgS/g,and the maximum adsorption capacity of Fe3O4/NaY-NiO adsorbent was 10.99 mgS/g.
