At present, the development of conventional oil and gas fields has gradually entered the middle and late stages, and the exploitation of oil and gas resources has gradually shifted from conventional oil and gas to unconventional oil and gas.For the development of tight oil,it is generally considered that the most effective method is multi-stage fracturing of horizontal wells, and to ensure the effect of fracturing and stimulation,it is necessary to provide a perfect fracturing construction optimization design before on-site construction.Among many design parameters, the selection of segment spacing has an important influence on the horizontal fracturing design of horizontal wells. The segment spacing not only has a direct impact on the transformation results and the post-pressure production, but also affects the expansion process and the final shape of cracks at all levels. For the tight well horizontal well JH,the reservoir spacing numerical simulation software was used to optimize the spacing, half length and conductivity of the fractures. At the same time, from the perspective of the crack propagation mechanism,a numerical model for multi-fracture propagation was established using the extended finite element method. The sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors was conducted in two aspects of the project, and the degree of cracks and the extension of the cracks at different segment spacings were studied.Comprehensive optimization of fracture parameters and expansion of the finite element simulation results, optimization of section spacing from both yield increase effects and crack propagation, combined with on-site subsection experience, geological characteristics of each interval, development of fractures, and horizontal well JH subsection optimization,It was decided to use 16 non-uniform segments with segment spacing between 70-90 m.Finally,on a segmented basis, the hydraulic fracturing design software was used to individually design the construction parameters at all levels. It was simulated that the fracturing fracture support half length was 156-168 m,and the post-pressure production capacity of the horizontal well JH was performed.Corresponding predictions provide a theoretical basis for the efficient development of horizontal wells JH in tight reservoirs.
