The dry gas of the refinery contains high value components,such as hydrogen and ethylene,and recycling them can reduce the consumption and increase the efficiency of enterprises.The separation of ethylene pyrolysis gas is a high energy consuming process in ethylene production,which is a great demand for new high efficiency separation technology.In this paper,the absorption-hydration coupling separation method is used to separate the light gas mixture.The topic selection has practical application.The main work of this paper:1.Determining the solubility of one-component methane in the diesel oil/water/cyclopentane/hydrate slurry and making diesel oil-cyclopentane/water emulsion as separated medium,do the experimental research of the mixture of methane and hydrogen in adsorption-hydration coupling balance stage separation,having obtained the system on the basis of phase equilibrium data.2.Take diesel oil/water emulsion as the separated medium.And do experimental research of the four-element mixed gas of CH4/C2H4/C2H6/H2 in adsorption-hydration coupling balance stage separation.Analyze the parameters,such as temperature,pressure and gas-liquid ratio on the separation effect,and the influence of operating conditions was optimized.3.Taking diesel oil/water emulsion as the separated medium,do the experimental research of the five-element mixed gas of CH4/C2H4/C2H6/C3H6/H2 in absorption-hydration coupling equilibrium stage and the influence of C3 on the separation effect was investigated.
