In this paper,large-scale experimental researches of hydrate exploitation with ethylene glycol using different injection methods were implemented with a three-dimensional device.The experimental data was used to analyses the difference between these two approaches.Besides,the investigation of the difference between these devices of different size was conducted.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)Experimental research of hydrate exploitation with ethylene glycol using interval injection mode was implemented.The changes of temperature and pressure of time were analyzed.It can be seen that the temperature was first raised and then dropped,after that,it repeated the previous trend,the curve presents like a “well”.The pressure was first increased rapidly and then no obvious change,it began to decrease at last.(2)Comparing the experimental researches of hydrate exploitation with EG using three-dimensional apparatus of different sizes,then the differences of pressure and temperature were analyzed.It was found that these two experiments had same trends of pressure and temperature,but there are many obvious jumping points in large-scale experimental investigation.(3)Laboratory research of hydrate formation was conducted,the variations of temperature and pressure of time were studied.It can be seen that lowering rate of pressure in the second gas injection process was lower than that in the first process,permeation process became the controlling step.(4)Large-scale Laboratory research of hydrate exploitation with ethylene glycol using continuous injection mode was implemented,the variations of temperature and pressure of time were investigated.It was found that solid-liquid mixtures including EG and quartz sand blocked up production well,and affected gas production process.(5)Laboratory researches of hydrate exploitation with ethylene glycol using interval injection mode and continuous injection mode were compared,the variations of temperature,pressure and gas production of time were analyzed.It can be seen that continuous injection mode is better than interval injection mode.
