The Design And Implementation Of The Simulation Training System For Underwater Blowout Preventer

The role of the underwater blowout preventer group in the underwater drilling process is to control the wellhead pressure during the blowout or well surge.Through to the subsea bop stack right control can make the underwater drilling well killing job security,so need to underground work personnel professional training in order to realize the control of the subsea bop stack precise.Based on the SD-JKFZ-7 drilling simulator,this paper designs and implements the simulation training system of underwater blowout preventer,instructs the construction of underwater drilling pressure well,and reduces the risk of well control.Due to the particularity of marine drilling on land and underwater pressure stress change rule of different well control process,this paper analysis of characteristics of the choke line used in underwater drilling and gas expansion compression state,and build medium pressure and pressure variation model in underwater pressure well control process.Through the model,the change rule of pressure and vertical pressure in the control process of underwater pressure well is summarized to realize the control of pressure actual well.By selecting the software and hardware products of SNAP PAC control system which is designed in the American Opto22 company,the corresponding configuration interface and program are designed to realize the simulation control operation of the underwater blowout preventer.The control training system of underwater blowout preventer is designed according to the variation rule model of pressure and vertical pressure in the control process of underwater pressure well.
