| A superhydrophobic surface generally refers to a surface with a static contact angle of more than 150 degree with water droplets and a roll angle of less than 10 degree.The preparation of a superhydrophobic surface satisfies two factors: a low surface energy material and a micro-nano composite rough structure.The superhydrophobic surface has excellent properties such as self-cleaning,anti-corrosion and anti-icing,and it has been widely used in many fields.However,complicated production equipment and high raw material prices have hindered the large-scale production of superhydrophobic surfaces.A simple process,cheap raw materials and safe and non-toxic preparation method is particularly important.The formation of a superhydrophobic surface needs to satisfy two factors: low surface energy species and surface roughness.The research content and results of the dissertation include the following aspects:1.After dehydroxylation of hydroxy-terminated fluorinated silicone oil with TEOS,the cross-linked and cured polymer is a low surface energy material,and nano-silica is added to form the surface roughness.After shaking and continuous stirring,the surface of the glass was sprayed to prepare a hybrid superhydrophobic surface.Discuss the effect of the amount of nano-silica on the static contact angle,rolling angle and surface topography;use scanning electron microscopy,contact angle measuring instrument and Fourier infrared spectroscopy,etc.Surface morphology was studied.2.After polyvinyl alcohol is fully dissolved in water,gas-phase nano-silica is added and ultrasonic treatment is performed,and the prepared hybrid solution is applied drop wise on the slide glass to form a film;octadecyltrimethoxysilane and Ethanol was prepared into a hydrophobic modified solution,and the hybridized coated glass slide was immersed in the hydrophobic modified solution,placed in an oven at 60° C.for 2 hours,then taken out,rinsed three times with ethanol,and then dried for use.Discuss the influence of the amount of fumed nano-silica on the static contact angle and rolling angle,describe the acid-alkaline resistance and stability of the super-hydrophobic coating by static contact angle and rolling angle,and use the scanning electron microscope to measure the contact angle.Instruments and other means to study the composition and surface morphology of the coating. |
