Anaerobic digestion,which is an effective way to deal with the solid waste,could not only solve the problem of treating solid waste,but realize the reutilization of resources.Thus,it is of great significance to relieve the situation of resource shortage.However,the stabilization of the process of digestion is affected by lots of factors such as temperature,pH value,C/N ratio,trace metal and so on.Recently,the research about the effect of trace metal to anaerobic digestion is paid much attention to.Nevertheless the addition of trace metal during the cellulose solid waste digestion still doesn't have enough support and guidance.The research utilized the mixture of cellulose and sludge as the substrate of digestion.By adding different amount of trace metal Fe3+,Ni2+,Co2+,Zn2+,Cu2+,discuss the influence on biogas production,methane production and pH value.Use the Response Surface Methodology?RSM?to optimize the addition of Cu2+,Zn2+,Co2+in order to find the best trace metal addition.The results of research indicate that:?1?Adding single trace metal to the cellulose-sludge anaerobic co-digestion has affected the performance of digestion.The influence of these trace metal was ordered as Fe3+>Ni2+>Co2+?Zn2+?Cu2+.?2?With the range of research,Fe3+,Ni2+didn't show the inhibition to the digestion.Production of biogas and methane was increasing as the content increased.But for Cu2+,Zn2+,Co2+,they restrained the digestion performance when the content is over 12mg,24mg,24mg.Production of biogas and methane significantly declined.Certain amount of Fe3+,Ni2+,Co2+,Zn2+,Cu2+would help in maintaining the pH value of liquid stable.?3?When the content of Cu2+,Zn2+,Co2+is 6.00mg,19.63mg,12.00mg,the biogas production reach the maximum value 2.975L.Comparing with prediction value 2.989L,the relative deviation is 0.47%,the prediction of the model is reliable.The research provide a theoretical foundation for improving the performance of cellulose solid waste anaerobic digestion.
