Preparation Of Anodized Hot Stamping Foil For Hot Stamping Of Tobacco Bonded Paper

Hot stamping foil is made of biaxial stretch polyester film as the base material,and its surface is successively coated with release layer,pigmented layer,aluminized layer and bonding layer,and then processed by gradient high-temperature drying.In the production of electrochemical foil for hot stamping of tobacco bonded paper,there are many problems,such as large deviation in peeling strength of hot stamping foil,many apparent defects in coloring layer,poor performance of adhesive layer,unclear hot stamping and weak adhesion.It is of great theoretical significance and industrial application prospect to study the quantitative test method of stripping strength of release layer,the formula of coloring layer and its coating technology,the formula and preparation technology of hot melt adhesive of adhesive layer for developing hot stamping foil for hot stamping of tobacco bonded paper.A new method for quantitatively measuring the stripping strength of electrochemical aluminum foil was developed by using BLD type digital display tensile meter.Through the analysis of the apparent quality problems of the coloring layer,the formulation test of organic solvent and the study of drying process,the better proportion of the coloring layer material liquid was obtained: W(butanone)? W(4-methyl-2-pentanone)? W(butyl acetate)= 55 ?35 ?10,and the better drying process conditions were determined.Through analysising the hot melt adhesive bonding layer material,acrylic resin,polyvinyl butyral resin,aldehyde,ketone resin,silica powder and other raw materials,composition,chemical structure and particle size,testing each group of composition,and studying the way of mixing,the formula of hot melt adhesive of adhesive layer which can meet the performance requirement of hot stamping foil for tobacco mounting paper was determined.The better ratio of W(acrylic)? W(aldehyde ketone resin)? W(PVB)? W(silica powder)= 65.1 ?13.0 ?12.1 ?9.8.The better mixing method is as follows: first,acrylic resin is dissolved in ethyl acetate,polyvinyl butyral and aldosterone resin are dissolved in ethanol,and then the two solutions are mixed,and finally,silica in gas phase is added to mix and stir evenly.The main innovation of this paper is to perfect a quantitative method for the determination of peel strength of release layer.The composition,coating and drying technology of coloring layer were developed.The new formula and technology of adhesive hot melt adhesive were developed.A kind of hot stamping foil used for cigarette binding paper was prepared.
