In recent years,with the improvement of living standard,people pay more attention to comfort and function of clothing products.The textile composites with good temperature-regulating effect and anti-static function are developed by using the temperature-regulating effect of phase change materials,and the ultra-high specific surface area of graphene,good flexibility and excellent electrical conductivity,etc.It can significantly improve the thermal comfort and safety of people,which has a broad market prospect and practical significance.Firstly,the phase change microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization using n-hexadecane and n-octadecane as core material and melamine resin as wall material.Schroeder formula is used to draw the phase transition temperature curve of the theoretical compound ratio of n-octadecane and n-hexadecane.According to the human comfort and the most suitable temperature is about 25?.The optimum ratio of hexadecane to octadecane is1:4.The effects of emulsifier dosage,dispersant dosage,emulsifying time,emulsifying rate and prepolymer droplet acceleration on the particle size of phase change microcapsules were investigated.When the dosage of emulsifier is 5%and the amount of dispersant is 2%and the emulsifying rate is 8000 r/min and the emulsifying time is 15 min and prepolymer filling rate is 2 ml/min,the microcapsules with good particle size can be obtained.Secondly,the relative properties of the phase change microcapsules under the optimal preparation conditions were tested.The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)show that the core material is successfully encapsulated by the wall material,and its sealing property is good,and it is similar to spherical material.The results of Ma Erwen particle size analyzer shows that the average diameter of the microcapsules was 1.929?m.TG test shows that the phase change microcapsules began to lose weight at 130?,and the thermal stability of the microcapsules is good due to the decomposition of the wall materials at 308?and 400?.The DSC curve shows that the temperature range of phase change microcapsules is 19.52?~31.30?,and the peak value is 25.35?,and the solidification temperature range is 22.26?~10.09?,which is just within the comfortable temperature range of human body.The melting heat and solidification heat of microcapsules are 103.68 J/g and 105.42 J/g respectively,and the coating rate was 76.05%.Thirdly,the coating finishing technology of phase change temperature-adjusted antistatic composite fabric was studied.A certain proportion of phase change microcapsules,graphene and adhesive(water-borne polyurethane)were mixed into finishing solution.Ultrasonic mixing was uniform,and then coated in polyester-cotton textiles.Through orthogonal experiment,the optimum technological conditions of preparing phase change temperature-adjusted antistatic composite textile materials were selected by comprehensive equilibrium method as follows:baking time 100s,microcapsule content 30%,adhesive content 5%,graphene content 0.7 mg/ml.Under the optimum preparation process,the surface resistance of the fabric is 2.74×10~7?,and the resistance measured by point-to-point method is in GB 12014-2009.The enthalpy of phase change of the fabric is 42.23 J/g,which has a great effect on energy storage.Finally,the temperature-regulating,antistatic and physical-mechanical properties of coated fabric were tested and analyzed.SEM shows that the fabric surface adhered to a large number of phase change microcapsules and flake graphene,and both of them are uniformly dispersed in the surface of the fiber or in the gap between the fibers.Due to the adhesion of microcapsules and graphene to the fabric surface,the thickness of the fabric increases slightly,and the permeability of the fabric decreases.The breaking strength and tear strength of the warp and weft increase,and the elongation at break of the warp and weft decrease.However,it has little effect on the application performance of the fabric.The DSC curve shows that the melting temperature is 19.96?and the enthalpy of phase transition is 43.20J/g.The heat enthalpy is relatively ideal,and the fabric surface still adheres to a large number of finishing agents after washing for many times.The surface resistance of the fabric is 9.56×10~7?and the enthalpy of phase transformation is 34.26 J/g.The fabric has good antistatic and phase change temperature-regulating properties.In the process of heating and cooling,the relative temperature buffering coefficient of the finished fabric is greater than 1.00,which indicates that the buffering performance of the finished fabric is improved in the process of heating and cooling.There are 31 figures,23 tables and 86 references.
