Research On Development Strategy Of KL Mining Company

Kaolin is an important non-metallic mineral resource,It plays an important role in the national economy.The research object of this paper is KL Mining Company,located in S City,which is an earlier enterprise producing kaolin products in China.In recent years,the exploitable kaolin resources are decreasing day by day.Under the severe situation of resource exhaustion,the existing development strategy of the enterprise is no longer applicable.It is urgent to analyze the internal and external environment of the enterprise and formulate a strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise.In this paper,the external environment of KL Mining Company is analyzed by enterprise macro-environment analysis and five-force model analysis.According to SWOT analysis,it is known that KL Mining Company has the conditions for external development(the background of the central enterprise can obtain policy support,strong technical strength,etc.).Moreover,the scale economy of the kaolin industry in which KL Mining Company is located is more remarkable,and the market demand and future growth potential of kaolin are larger.Based on the above factors,the author puts forward the development strategy of horizontal integration of KL Mining Company:leave S city to M city to develop kaolin resources,achieve large-scale management,buy local kaolin small enterprises,go out of the resource depletion predicament.In order to implement the horizontal integration strategy of KL Mining Company smoothly,the implementation strategies including raw mineral resources,marketing,cost,safety and environmental protection are formulated.Finally,the safeguard measures are put forward from the aspects of fund raising,talent team building,brand building,enterprise image shaping and enterprise crisis control.
