Myoglobin(Mb)is regarded as an early marker in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).In this paper,a novel label-free electrochemiluminescent(ECL)immunosensor is fabricated to detect myoglobin in human serum. To be specific,Au nanoparticles and Pt nanowires are modified onto a bare ITO glass with hydrolyzed 3-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane(APTMS)as the linker to fabricate a basal electrode. The myoglobin antibody is immobilized on this electrode via its chemical bonding with the nanomaterials. This immunosensor can quantitatively measure myoglobin by calibrating the quenched ECL signals which caused by its immune response to the antibody. With all experimental conditions optimized, there is a good linear regression between the ECL quenching value and the logarithm of myoglobin quantity within the range from 0.03 ng to 3.17 ng with a detection limit of 2.29 pg.On the basis of the research, the resultant immosensor exhibits its advantages of simple preparation,low-cost equipment, and will be hopeful to serve as a portable platform for myoglobin detection at home.
