Natural gas is a kind of quality and efficient clean energy,for which the emission of carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide is only half and one fifth of that of coal,respectively,and the emission of sulfur dioxide is almost zero.In the process of natural gas purification disposal,dehydration and dealkylation are important links.Conducting the reliability evaluation for dehydration and reliability evaluation stations,finding out the weak links in the system and equipment,and putting forward effective measures to improve the reliability of the system can lay a theoretical foundation for the maintenance of the station and the prevention of accidents.This paper takes the dehydration and dealkylation station in Daniudi Gas Field as the example,and studies its reliability.Firstly,this paper adopts FMEA method to identify failure factors of typical equipment in the dehydration and dealkylation station,uses FS filtering system to prevent the impossible failure events from entering the probability calculation system,and then calculates 294 failure factors in the dehydration and dealkylation station in Daniudi Gas Field.In this paper,the four-dimensional states of failure factors are described,which breaks the traditional "safety-failure" two-dimensional mutation description.This paper combines the fuze theory with the fuzzy theory,considers the database and expert judgment,and then calculates the probability vectors for the four-dimensional states of failure factors.In this paper,Bayesian network is used to simulate and calculate the four-dimensional reliability vectors of 24 kinds of equipment in the dehydration and dealkylation station.By analyzing the reliability parameters of the equipment reliability vectors,the MTBF(Mean Time Between Failures)and the probability importance of the failure factors can be obtained.In this paper,SADT model based on functional analysis is introduced to equivalently substitute the four subsystems of the dehydration and dealkylation station in Daniudi Gas Field,and then transformed into Bayesian network.It considers the series,parallel and hybrid connection of the subsystems,and then calculates the reliability vectors of the subsystems and system in the station.Using the reliability vector results calculated in this paper,the priority of maintenance in the sequence of "system-failure factors" can be determined,and the MTBF of equipment,the interval of unsafe operation and other indicators can be provided,so that the workers can repair the equipment in the system with the help of given information.
