Affected by the physical properties of oil reservoir in W410,the exploitive contradictions such as the low degree of water flooding on the section and uneven water flooding on the plane are obvious.Due to insufficient understanding of reservoir characteristics and exploitive contradictions,the adaptability and selectivity of the regulation and drive system is poor.Because the formulation of process parameters is unreasonable,the effect of water flooding treatment in the early stage is poor and the exploitive contradictions of oil reservoir has not been effectively improved.It is the key to improve the water flooding control effect of oil reservoirs by focusing on the research of deep regulation and drive system,optimize the regulation and drive system and formulate reasonable process parameters.Based on the characteristics of W410 reservoir and the exploitive contradictions,this paper studies the indoor experimental research of the regulation and drivel system for the problems of low water flooding degree and uneven water flooding in the reservoir and selects two adaptive adjustment systems.Through theoretical calculations and mine statistics,reasonable process parameters were developed and good on-site application effect was obtained.The study has gained the following recognition:(1)Influenced by the vertical heterogeneity and the deposition of positive sedimentary rhythm of reservoir,the degree of water driving on the reservoir profile is low;the planar heterogeneity accompanied by the development of local cracks results in uneven water flooding on the plane,leading to poor water flooding effect.Through the deep adjustment of the system of phenolic resin&swellable particles and phenolic resin&lignocellulose,reservoir conflicts have improved.However,due to the system's initial viscosity and high gelatinization strength causing high climbing pressure and water injection wells short of water,the effect of water flooding treatment is weak.At the same time,the two systems have many components and poor safety and environmental performance.(2)Through indoor experiments,two kinds of adaptable regulation and drive systems are preferred,in which the cross-linked polymer gel&swellable particles system has low initial viscosity,moderate gelatinization strength,less chemical components and good environmental performance.The polymer microsphere system has low initial viscosity,good injectability,small pressure-increasing range,small chemical composition and outstanding environmental protection performance,which has the characteristics of blocking-breaking-transporting-agglomeration-re-blocking.(3)Cross-linked polymer gel&swellable particles system has low climbing pressure and can effectively improve the water absorption of the profile.The water driving degree in the test area increased from 73.7%to74.6%;The polymer microspheres have a small boosting range and the characteristics of deep flood control are obvious.The water driving degree in the test area increased by 5.3%and the effective period is extended from 7 months to 13 months.(4)Most of the previous process parameters were formulated with production experience,lacking quantitative analysis,and the effect of water flooding treatment was poor.Through theoretical calculation,the reasonable process parameters of Cross-linked polymer gel&swellable particles system were obtained.The injection displacement is less than 1.5 m3/h,the construction pressure should be less than 16.5 MPa,and the water content of the well group of on-site application is reduced from 51.4%to 46.5%;The particle size of polymer microspheres is 100 nm and the concentration is 2000 mg/L.
