In the application of the existing fluid loss additive in Cementing with large temperature difference and long sealing section,there are still some problems,such as narrow temperature range,as affecting the strength development of upper cement paste and so on.As well as,In the process of transforming to large-scale production,the quality with excellent synthetic sample often decreases.In view of these problems,starting from the molecular structure design,the high performance monomers were optimized,and the synthesis conditions were optimized,a high temperature resistance and weak retarding fluid loss additive ZW-1 was synthesized.By establishing the mathematical model of keeping the stirring power norm Np unchanged and carrying out laboratory scale-up test,a synthetic amplification method for aqueous solution copolymerization cementing fluid loss additive was obtained,and based on this,a pilot production test of 200?500 L was conducted.Specific research is as follows:(1)In view of the problems of unsuitable for large temperature difference and narrow temperature range of fluid loss additive,the monomers 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropionic sulfonic acid(AMPS),acrylamide(AM),maleic acid(MA)that take groups(amide,dicarboxyl,carbonyl,etc.)with improved water loss control ability and groups(Sulfonic Groups)with temperature resistance were selected from the point of view of molecular structure design,use the way of aqueous solution copolymerization,through experiment optimization of monomer ratio and synthesis conditions(stirring speed and synthetic temperature,etc.),four component copolymerization high temperature and weak retarding loss reducing agent ZW-1 was synthesized.By means of gel chromatography,infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry,ZW-1 was proved to be a high molecular polymer containing functional groups.(2)Strength curing experiments of ZW-1 that after 3 h Prefabrication at 165 Temperature and then placed four temperature points of 50?165?.Simulate the compressive strength of Cement slurry returns to different temperature formations for condensation after bottom hole high temperature cycling.The results show that ZW-1 has weak retardation on cement slurry after high temperature cycling and up to middle and low temperature sealing section,and can be used for cementing that under conditions of cyclic temperature 165? Temperature,upward to 50? formation Well section with temperature difference of 115?.(3)Cementing slurry comprehensive performance evaluation experiment of ZW-1 in the temperature range of 75?165? is carried out,the results show that ZW-1 has better water loss control ability.It can adjust the thickening time by adjusting the retarder that adaot different temperatures,and meet the requirements of cementing construction from medium to low temperature to high temperature,the cement paste strength of medium and low temperature conditions can also meet the requirements of cementing engineering,which shows that the water loss reducer can adapt to cyclic temperature cementing that wide temperature range of 75?165?.(4)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of laboratory ZW-1 synthesis conditions and the applicability of commonly used amplification synthesis methods,according to the similarity principle,the idea of amplification synthesis was put forward that two main factors stirring and temperature Similar to laboratory sample synthesis in amplification process.The model of stirring power norm Np is established as the controlling stirring factor in the magnification synthesis.Through the step-by-step magnification synthesis experiment of 0.3-3.0 L volume in the laboratory,the requirement was concluded that controlling the internal maximum temperature which at reactor internal interior in the range of 75?79 ?,an amplification synthetic method of aqueous solution copolymerization fluid loss additive that Suitable for different synthetic volumes was proposed,which adopt Stirring speed based on stirring power number Np and temperature control.(5)In the production base of fluid loss additive,a 300 L fluid loss additive ZW-1 was synthesized through pilot test under the guidance of the monomer ratio,concentration of synthesized by laboratory sample and amplification synthesis method,the analysis index is consistent with laboratory sample,the results of slurry performance test show that the slurry can meet the needs of large temperature difference and wide temperature cementing,at the same time,the amplification Synthetic method can be used to guide the amplification production synthesis of aqueous solution copolymerization cementing fluid loss additive.
