| In the 21st century,with the rapid development of science and technology,key employee have become the core force to promote social progress.High-skilled employees that have superb professional skills and can play an important role in the production and operation process of enterprises,are indispensable backbones of the enterprise’s talent construction.High-skilled employee are on behalf of the core competitiveness of enterprises.At present,China’s highly skilled personnel’s basic work is weak and the management system is not perfect.The whole amount,the structure and quality requirements of high-skilled employee in our society cannot adapt to economic and social development.Therefore,if enterprises want to enhance their own independent innovation ability and core competitiveness,they must improve the human resources management mechanism,thorough selection,training,foul play,talent retention and other aspect of high-skilled employee.Through the effective management of talents,enterprises can make fully reserve and remain high-skilled employee with enterprises.The Company J is a collective water treatment pharmaceutical production enterprise,which integrates production,researches,sales,management and services as a whole.It mainly deals in the design of industrial water treatment programs,technology researches and application,the general contracting project site services and water quality stabilizer manufacturing and sales.After more than 20 years of development,Company J not only provides customers with high quality water treatment chemicals,but also provides 360-degree management services on the basis of customer needs,from the previous site inspection,program development,to the latter part of the program implementation,optimization and improvement,Providing.With the company,s transformation and development,the company,s need for high-skilled employee is becoming increasingly high.The company,s sale-based operation and management model ignores the reserve and maintenance of high-skilled employee within this company.This model results in management deficiencies in high-skilled employee,and it ultimately leads to low efficiency of this company and the lack of sustained development potential.This paper first does literature review of researches on high-skilled employee in home and abroad.It analyzes and defines the concept and basic characteristics of high-skilled employee,and it summarizes the theoretical development achievements of human resources competitiveness,talents5 classification management and management of high-skilled employee.It takes the Company J as the research object,aiming to explore the problem of frequent flow of the company’s high-skilled employee,the irrational age structure and lack of reserves and other issues.Starting from the basic situation of the talent team of the Company J,this paper does the analysis of the management situation of high-skilled employee and the author interviews the company’s management personnel and employee.This paper tries to understand problems in the company’s selection,training,full play,talent retention and other aspects about its high-skilled employee.At last,this paper attempts to put forward improving programs from the aspects of talent recruitment,training and development,assessment and incentive,retention and so on.It aims to strengthen the effective management of the Company J’s high-skilled employee,rational application and retention of talents.It lays a solid foundation for accelerating the development of enterprises,optimizing the company,s upgrade,enhancing the competitiveness of this company.The high-skilled employees play a decisive role in the operation and development of enterprises(especially in manufacture enterprises).So it has great significance for enterprnses to strengthen the management of high-skilled employees and speed up the construction of high skilled personnel with good quality and reasonable structure.The research results of the paper can provide useful and pertinent practical reference and theoretical inspiration for objective understanding of the reasons for the lack of the management of high-skilled employees and the loss of talent in the modem molding enterprises,and how similar enterprises should adopt effective strategies and forceful measures to condense,motivate ar面d retain high-skilled employees. |
