Three coating materials(emulsified wax curing agent,Spc,Seal-100)were selected which used for study on anti-corrosion effect of coated concrete according to the problems and research status of anti-corrosion of coating methods.A systematic experimental study was carried out on the chloride resistance property and the sulphate resistance property of the coated concrete.The corrosion inhibition mechanism of coated concrete was studied combined with the change of microscopic structure before and after coating concrete erosion.The variation of chloride ion content in the penetration depth of the coated concrete under the chloride salt impregnation is obtained through the determination of chlorine ion content test,Chloride corrosion resistance of coating materials was studied through different concentrations of chloride erosive solution,different corroded age and different spraying content anti-erosion performance test of coated concrete.And combined with the second Fick's Law to fit the chloride diffusion coefficient and to verify the corrosion resistance of each coating material.The results showed that anti-chloride corrosion ability of different coating is emulsified wax curing agent>Spc>Seal-100 under spraying amount of 0.2-0.6L/m2,and anti-chloride corrosion ability of different coating is emulsified wax curing agent>Seal-100>Spc under spraying amount of 0.8L/m2.Variation of mechanical properties and erosion resistance coefficient of coated cement mortar specimens under sulfate impregnation were obtained through the mechanical properties test(deformation test and compression test)and the erosion resistance coefficient test(resistance coefficient and compressive erosion coefficient).sulphate resistance property of coating materials were evaluation aiming to different corroded age and different spraying amount of coating materials.The results showed that anti-sulphate corrosion ability of different coating is emulsified wax curing agent>Spc>Seal-100 under spraying amount of 0.2-0.6L/m2,and anti-sulphate corrosion ability of different coating is emulsified wax curing agent>Seal-100>Spc under spraying amount of 0.8L/m2.The hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of coated concrete,linear density at interface,and microscopic structure were analyzed through contact angle test,CT scanning experiment and SEM scanning experiment,The anti-corrosion mechanism of the coating material was studied,and the anti-corrosion effect of the coating material was further verified.a series of microscopic test results in this paper verified that anti-chloride(sulphate)corrosion ability of different coating is emulsified wax curing agent>Spc>Seal-100 under spraying amount of 0.2?0.6L/m2,and anti-chloride(sulphate)corrosion ability of different coating is emulsified wax curing agent>Seal-100>Spc under spraying amount of 0.8L/m2.Finally,the economic benefit analysis was carried out combination with the economical analysis of diffferent materials and the action effect of different spraying amount,Optimal corrosion resistant coating materials and its spraying amount.That is the 0.6L/m2 emulsified wax curing agent coating has the best anti-corrosion effect.
