For a long time,China's energy based coal model has brought serious pollution to the environment.With the continuous strengthening of environmental awareness,natural gas as a clean energy has made great progress,and its unique advantages continue to promote the expansion of the application field.In order to meet the natural gas consumption growing,connecting the resources distribution and consumption market,China's vigorous development of high pressure,large diameter,long distance pipeline,and gradually formed the "west east gas pipeline,air sea landing,for the nearest" pattern.High pressure natural gas pipeline through long distance transported to the city gate station,need through the regulator to supply users,the traditional throttle valve pressure regulating mode of existence of noise,the expansion of ice blocking and other issues,a large amount of energy wasted,can be part of the energy for power generation,cooling and heating fields by expander recycling equipment.In this paper,the pressure energy can be converted into electric energy and cold energy,so as to improve the energy efficiency.In this paper,high pressure natural gas decompression process thermodynamic analysis,proposed the use of energy quality analysis,evaluation model of energy analysis shows that the high pressure gas expansion process consists of two parts:the temperature of energy and pressure energy.In addition,the working principle of two different voltage regulating devices of the pressure regulating valve and expander is introduced.The thermodynamic analysis of the pressure regulating process is given,and the temperature calculation method is given respectively.By calculating the energy parameter for the expansion process of expansion,the calculation results show that the recovery stress can have application prospect.This combination of Jining Linyi sub transmission station condition,put forward the"integration" of ideas,recycling production process using the level distribution station and downstream users from pressure to design a combined process to realize pressure energy utilization,energy saving target.According to the calculation of the average throughput and throughput under pressure to the design theory,the results show that the Linyi Zhongyu energy user regulator produces electrical energy and cold energy can meet the needs of users of Linyi Zhongfu CNG,using the Aspen Plus process simulation software for the design of the pressure was used to simulate the process,for the correctness of the result further validation.The two key factors of expander and refrigerant in the process of pressure energy recovery and utilization are optimized,and the conclusion of choosing turbine expander and R404a refrigerant is obtained.The economic benefits of the project are also analyzed.The analysis shows that the annual output of electricity can be recovered by 3 million 26 thousand yuan,the payback period of investment is 1.72 years,and the rate of return on investment is 57.98%,which is economically feasible.In addition,the social benefits are analyzed.The project not only has potential for development,but also brings good social benefits.
