Bisphenol A(BPA)is an important chemical raw material, commonly used in the preparation of PC and epoxy resins,is presented in a variety of everyday products(all kinds of thermal paper used in the receipt, the cups made from polycarbonate, various chemical additives and fine chemicals such as pesticides).BPA can be slowly released through plastic such as tableware used to contain various high-fat foods,or it can be enriched in rivers and other water sources, and absorbed by human subsequently. It will affect the hormone secretion of human, then endanger human's health, even at low doses. Therefore, the harm of BPA for the human body has caused widespread concern. In order to recover BPA from water, the techniques of activated carbon adsorption, biodegradation, chemical oxidation, and membrane treatment have been developed.Compared with these techniques, the technique of molecularly imprinted particles has recognition adsorption, almost not affected by wastewater matrix. And it has the advantages of high selectivity and separation efficiency, which make it receive extensive attention. The main research content of this paper is to prepare surface molecularly imprinted modified dual-functionalized microcapsules for industrial wastewater adsorption and waste heat recovery.Firstly, the phase change microcapsules coated with Si02 shell layer were synthesized, and then the Si02/molecularly imprinted composite shell layer was synthesized by surface imprinting technique. The synthesis and chemical composition of the dual-functionalized microcapsules had been demonstrated by SEM,TEM,FTIR,XRD,XPS,EDS and other characterization methods successfully. Finally, the phase change properties and adsorption properties of microcapsules were characterized.Through DSC,TGA and thermal infrared imaging,it is proved that molecularly imprinted microcapsule has the excellent performance of phase change heat storage whose phase transformation enthalpy can reach 165.3 J/g;it also has preferable thermal stability, whose thermostability is close to the phase change microcapsule but higher than the phase change core material;it also has the excellent performance of temperature control, whose "platform" phenomenon occurs during the rise/lower temperature process of the microcapsules. The experiments of adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption show that the microcapsules have the excellent performance of adsorbing BPA specifically, and it has the advantages of highly adsorption amount,it's adsorption capacity can be up to 36 mg/g,and it's imprinting factor can reach 2.4.Meanwhile,microcapsule also has admirable adsorption selectivity and regenerated performance. In summary, the dual-functionalized microcapsules prepared in this paper has excellent heat storage and pollutant adsorption functions, therefore it is worth expecting that molecularly imprinted microcapsule has broad application prospects in the fields of energy conservation and environmental protection.
