Low temperature and anoxic environment are not conducive to diesel combustion,so it is necessary to add oxygenators.However,at present,most of them are fossil fuel sources.Environmental friendly ester oxygenators have attracted more and more attention.In this paper,a low freezing point polyol carbonate ester oxygenator was prepared by chemical method and enzymatic method.A polyol ester diesel oxygenator was prepared by the reaction of trimethylolpropane with diethyl carbonate catalyzed by lipase.The ethanol produced during ester exchange was filtered by improved distillation and pervaporation methods.It was found that the conversion rate of trimethylolpropane was 95.62%when the reaction time was 96 h,the reaction temperature was 60?,the amount of enzyme added was 10%,the molar ratio of trimethylolpropane to diethyl carbonate was 1:7,and the volume ratio of trimethylolpropane to solvent was 1:30.The mixture distilled by improved distillation method consisted of 99.6%ethanol and 0.4%diethyl carbonate,and distilled ethanol and water by pervaporation method.The separation factor is 83.1,and it needs to be pervaporated several times.Polyol ester oxygenator was prepared by two reaction pathways of 1,6-hexanediol,trimethylolpropane and diethyl carbonate with 1,4-butanediol,trimethylolpropane and diethyl carbonate.Compared with the reaction conditions of each stage,the highest yields of the three stages of 1,6-hexanediol pathway were 97.6%,95.6%,96.4%,and the highest yields of the three stages of 1,4-butanediol pathway were 96.8%6,93.66%,97.2%,respectively.The results of mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance were consistent with the actual molecular structure.The wear spot diameter,friction coefficient and hydrolytic oxidation stability were in accordance with the standard.The flash points of type 1,6 and 1,4 were less than 40?.The 1,6 cetane number is 56.3.The inclination point is<-50? and-18?,respectively.It has good low temperature application ability.
