Acupotomy therapy is an emerging medical method that has emerged in recent decades.The acupotomy therapy has the advantages of small wound,quick recovery and so on.However,at present,the application of acupotomy therapy mainly depends on the clinical experience of the attending doctor.The application is still limited because of the lacking in the imaging capability.In Chapter 2,we combine the ultrasonic enhancement principle of microbubbles with polymer monomer innovatively to build coatings containing microbubbles on the surface of acupotomy devices in order to enhance ultrasonic signal.Microbubbles of similar size and uniform dispersion were introduced into epoxy resin and polyurethane by physical stirring method and chemical generation method respectively for fabrication of ultrasonic enhancement coatings.Due to the existence of microbubbles,the increase of heterogeneous interfaces leads to the enhancement of ultrasonic reflection ability of the coating,thus solving the problem of poor ultrasonic development.It is found that water-soluble polymer monomer is not suitable for coating material.Epoxy resin coating with porous silica particles can enhance the ultrasonic imaging ability of acupotomy devices,but the coating surface is rough and easy to fall off.Polyurethane coating can effectively enhance the ultrasonic imaging ability of acupotomy devices,and it is safe and biocompatible after evaluated.In Chapter 3,the best formulation of the polyurethane coating acupotomy was modified to achieve its surface super-slip functionalization.It is found that the friction coefficient of the polyurethane coating is higher than that of the pristine acupotomy devices,and the friction coefficient of the polyurethane coating acupotomy is close to that of the pristine acupotomy devices by grafting PVP on the surface.
