As a special kind of hazardous waste,antibiotic bacteribal residue has the characteristics of high yields,environmental harmfulness,and so on.And how to dispose the antibiotic residue safely,reasonably and economically has been a major problem which restrict the development of antibiotic pharmaceutical industries.In this study,oxytetracycline bacteribal residue was pretreated by alkali-heat,alkali-ultrasound,and alkali-high pressure homogenization,respectively.The high-efficiency elimination technology of oxytetracycline antibiotic residues finally been determined,which provided technical references for the preliminary treatment and disposal of oxytetracycline residue and other antibiotic residues.The main conclusions are as follows:1)An HPLC method for the determination of oxytetracycline residue in oxytetracycline residue was established.When this method was used to detect concentration of oxytetracycline in the bacteribal residue,the concentration of oxytetracycline was linear in the concentration range of 0.321000mg?L-1,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.99998.The detection limit of the method?S/N=3?was6.07mg?kg-1,the recovery rate was between 87.3394.16%,and the relative standard deviation was 5.46%.The method was accurate,quantitative,and good reproducibility,which could satisfy the oxytetracycline detection in the oxytetracycline bacteribal residue.2)The alkaline-ultrasonic synergistic method was carried out to eliminate the oxytetracycline from the bacteribal residue.The results showed that the method had a good effect on the elimination of oxytetracycline.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the residual oxytetracycline was reduced to 70.32mg?kg-1,and the removal rate of oxytetracycline was 85.78%.3)The alkali-thermal synergistic method was carried out to eliminate the oxytetracycline from the bacteribal residue.The results showed that the alkali-thermal synergy had the best effect on the elimination of oxytetracycline.Under the optimal test conditions,the concentation of oxytetracycline was reduced to 30.2mg?kg-1,and the removal rate of oxytetracycline was 93.27%.4)The alkali and high pressure homogenization synergy method was carried out to study the elimination of oxytetracycline from the bacteribal residue.The results showed that the method had certain effect on elimination of oxytetracycline.After treatment under optimal conditions,the residual amount of oxytetracycline was reduced to 203.36mg?kg-1,and the removal rate of oxytetracycline was 62.34%.
