Chamber drying device can be used for drying raw materials that have various forms,almost paper with heat sensitive material dry at low temperature,low energy consumption as the goal,the heat pump technology,liquid desiccant technology,membrane distillation,chamber drying device combined with the building is a new kind of heat sensitive material drying device,describes the system and the theoretical and experimental research.In this paper,the desiccant materials of the dehumidification unit are optimized,the typical solid and liquid desiccant materials are compared and analyzed,and the lithium bromide solution is chosen as the desiccant material of the dehumidification unit;the desiccant solution regeneration unit is optimized,and the advantages and disadvantages of the air method and the membrane distillation method are compared and analyzed.Four types of membrane distillation and four types of membrane distillation are analyzed.The distillation component is a hollow fiber type air gap membrane distillation component which is preferred as the regeneration unit of dehumidification solution.Based on the optimum selection of dehumidification unit and regeneration unit of dehumidification solution,the technical scheme of low energy consumption and heat sensitive material chamber dryer is presented,which is composed of drying box,compressed heat pump,lithium bromide solution dehumidifier and air gap membrane distillation module.Based on the performance index and operating parameters of the low energy consumption heat sensitive material box drying device,the physical model of the device is established,and the mathematical model of the device is established based on the characteristic equation of the basic unit.The performance simulation software of the device is compiled.The variation rule of the performance index of the device with the key parameters is calculated and analyzed systematically.The results show that the energy consumption of the integrated device is reduced.It can be reduced by more than 5 times compared with the ordinary electric-heating van drying device.Guided by the above theoretical work,a low-energy heat pump chamber drying experimental device was developed,and the preheating process and stable working parameters of the drying-dehumidification unit were measured.The transfer of moisture from the material to the dehumidification solution was realized.The drying-dehumidification unit could approximately realize the energy self-balancing operation.The polypropylene hollow fiber air-gap membrane distillation module was determined to dissolve water from lithium bromide.The regeneration of lithium bromide solution is realized by the rate of liquid separation,and the condensation water conductivity obtained by regeneration of dehumidification solution can be similar to that of the tap water,and the solute in the regeneration process is basically lossless.
