Green beans is one of the most important grain crops in China.It is rich in nutrients and often appears on the public table.The production and processing of green beans have undergone shelling,cleaning,boiling,watering,freezing packaging,and then depth screening in food processing plants.The screening process is mainly through two-stage sorting to select high-quality frozen green beans.The first-stage sorting is mainly through vibration screening device to remove a small amount of impurities in frozen green beans,such as sand,ice particles,residual pods,pests,grass sticks and so on.The second level sorting is picked up by artificial selection of rotten and incomplete frozen green beans.Due to visual fatigue and other factors caused by long-term manual work,the phenomenon of mistake and omission will inevitably occur,and the efficiency and accuracy can not be guaranteed.Based on machine vision detection technology,a set of on-line automatic detection and rejection system for frozen green beans is designed in this paper.Firstly,the green beans are uniformly distributed and transmitted forward through the tapered nylon plate and the inclined synchronous belt,and enter the image acquisition and processing area.Then the image was taken by the light source with a hole in the dark box and the high-definition camera,and the defective products were identified by image processing.Finally,the position information of the defective products is transmitted to PLC through serial communication.The PLC controls the opening of the solenoid valve to realize the high-pressure air flow interruption,so that the defective products can be eliminated by high-pressure air flow.The device not only improves production efficiency and accuracy,but also saves labor costs.The main research work of this project includes:1.Based on the related literatures at home and abroad,formulate a set of overall solutions according to the needs of enterprises.2.The design of the hardware system mainly includes the main structure of the equipment,the uniform distribution device of green beans,the image acquisition device,the nozzle rejection and the control circuit.3.The design of software system mainly includes the construction of interface,the improvement of image processing method,the research of serial communication and control software.
