Technologies such as visualization and graphic images,especially the rapid development of CT scanning technology,provide a powerful means for effectively characterizing the internal structure and structure of coal rock.However,the CT scan images are all two-dimensional cross-section slices,and the mechanical structure of coal and rock is determined to be a three-dimensional spatial structure.It is difficult for the two-dimensional image to systematically reflect the complete structural information of coal and rock.Therefore,this paper intends to construct a three-dimensional structure and structure of coal rock through the cross-section information of coal rock specimens reflected by a series of two-dimensional CT images,and to realize the three-dimensional reconstruction of coal rock specimens,in order to provide a powerful characterization method for rock mechanics research.First,after acquiring the data,the existing software AVIZO was used to perform 3D reconstruction of the CT image of the coal specimen.It was found that the reconstructed 3D image could not restore the specimen itself due to the large space between the images.In this regard,this paper systematically studies the principles of various types of interlayer interpolation algorithms for CT images of coal rock specimens.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm are compared and studied.Among them,the matching-based interpolation effect is better than the above-mentioned algorithms,and through research,it is found that the essence of the matching-based interpolation algorithm is the interpolation method of selecting the optimal matching point.Therefore,a linear regression combined with neural network is proposed to train the simulation The combined function looks for the optimal matching point to optimize this algorithm.Secondly,after uniformly inserting new tomographic images into the CT images of coal rock specimens,after the reconstruction analysis of the CT images,the March Cube algorithm was selected to reconstruct the CT images of coal rock specimens,and An improved MC algorithm based on the original algorithm is proposed in view of the slow operation speed of the algorithm.Finally,the CT images of coal rock specimens with interlayer interpolation and image processing are used to complete the three-dimensional reconstruction experiment of coal rock specimens through MATLAB autonomous programming,and compare whether the improved algorithm effect meets the requirements.
